Designed for people who work with their hands, this yoga class moves through a series of stretching and strengthening exercises for the neck, shoulders, arms and upper back. It’s short and efficient, a great office yoga class and perfect if you only have 15 minutes during a break or after work.

Michelle guides you through a gentle but vigorous chair yoga flow that focuses on the hands, wrists, arms and shoulders. It’s thorough, gentle and effective, strengthening and stretching the key muscles that keep the upper body strong and healthy.

Hips, Knees and Feet Series

Michelle takes you through an invigorating sequence of strengthening and stretching exercises for the hips, knees and ankles in this wonderful class – all done in a chair! 60 Minute Yoga for Athletes Series
