Michelle Rubin has accumulated over 8000 of hours of teaching, and 2500 hours of yoga therapy experience. She has developed numerous yoga teacher training programs, bi-annual retreats, monthly workshops and produced free online yoga videos. Michelle’s boutique style, non-drop in yoga classes allow her to work on individual’s needs to develop a personal practice specifically designed to rehabilitate both body and mind.

Cheryl Gray, RMT and yoga teacher, teaches anatomy workshops and a section of the teacher training.
Manjinder Benning aka Manj is a musician with diverse passion. Since the age of 12 he has been learning and performing in a variety of musical genres including rock, jazz, flamenco, and classical Indian. More recently Manj has been focusing his efforts on North Indian tabla drums and South Indian classical vocal. He is currently the Musical Director of the Yoga School yoga band.
He also has a masters degree in electrical engineering and serves as director of his own engineering company in Victoria BC.
The Apprenticeship Program is a great option for yoga teachers to take their Yoga practice to the next level, learning specific Yogic techniques, theories, philosophies, pranayama, kriyas and poses.
Each month Michelle holds in-depth workshops dedicated to exploring specific poses, sequences and philosophy. Workshops are boutique in nature allowing students to have tailored instruction and guidance. Register quickly as class sizes are limited and sell out quickly.
